Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in shaping a positive and productive workplace environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead key HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will help streamline HR processes, foster talent development, and promote organizational growth through strategic human resources management. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training programs Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and handling inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation Maintain accurate HR data entry and manage human resources information systems (HRIS) like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM to ensure data integrity and compliance Support performance management initiatives by assisting with employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning activities Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution processes, and promoting positive communication across teams Assist with compliance efforts related to employment law, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements Contribute to organizational design projects and change management initiatives to optimize workforce management and streamline HR processes Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a focus on HR sourcing, recruitment, or talent management Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance regulations Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Paychex, or ADP; familiarity with ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Experience in training & development programs and employee orientation initiatives Ability to analyze data collection reports for workforce planning and strategic decision-making Organizational skills for managing contracts, benefits administration records, and confidential personnel information Bilingual ( Spanish + English )
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
