This role will primarily support the recruiting team by handling a variety of administrative and data entry tasks related to job postings, candidate coordination, and assisting with recruitment events. Key Responsibilities:
Review emails from senior living communities to identify staffing needs. Accurately enter job openings into the recruiting system, ensuring all details are correct. Monitor job postings for updates and ensure timely removal of filled positions. Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system. Assist in the coordination and logistics of job fairs and hiring events at senior living communities. Travel occasionally to attend and support onsite events. Set up booths, greet candidates, collect resumes, and engage with potential hires during job fairs. Act as a liaison between senior living communities and the recruiting department, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently. Provide general support for the recruiting team to ensure smooth operation of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role Experience with recruiting or human resources is beneficial but not required. Fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with recruiting software or applicant tracking systems is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Ability to travel occasionally for job fairs and recruitment events.
