The company provides various services to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide building complex electro-mechanical, optical, and mechatronic products and equipment. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the human resources department in various operational tasks. This position involves managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Coordinator acts as a liaison between employees and management, playing a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient and effective HR function within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human capital management practices to enhance our workforce management strategies.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks Maintain and update employee records with accuracy Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs Set up new employees in the ERP system and ADP Workforce Now Provide support in administering employee benefits and compensation plans Ensure good timekeeping practices are followed by the employees Assist with payroll preparations and processing on a bi-weekly basis Keep track of training records and update training log Facilitate employee training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics Organize and manage HR documentation and filing systems Support performance management processes and employee evaluations Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs Assist in analyzing and modifying compensations and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as an HR coordinator or similar administrative role Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of HR functions and best practices Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with ADP payroll processing service Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of employment laws and regulations Customer service-oriented attitude Team player with a collaborative approach Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality Join us as we strive to create an engaging work environment that fosters growth and development for all employees.
