Experienced Automotive Dealership HR / Payroll Administrator Capitol Nissan & Infiniti Full-Time | $66,000-$80,000 DOE + Benefits Automotive Dealership HR & Payroll Experience Required Capitol Nissan & Infiniti is seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership HR / Payroll Administrator with a proven background in dealership payroll processing, commission-based compensation plans, employee administration, and human resources operations. This is not an entry-level HR position. We are specifically seeking candidates with prior automotive dealership HR and payroll experience who understand the unique compensation structures, compliance requirements, and day-to-day operations of a dealership environment. $66,000-$80,000 DOE Full-Time Position Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Stable, Established Dealership Environment Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for a high-volume automotive dealership Accurately calculate and administer commission-based payroll, bonuses, incentives, and compensation plans Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation Manage onboarding, offboarding, and new hire paperwork Support employee relations and day-to-day HR administration Assist with benefits enrollment and administration Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, labor laws, and company policies Prepare payroll reports, audits, and HR-related documentation Partner with dealership leadership and department managers to support workforce needs Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy with employee information Qualifications Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Dealership HR and Payroll Experience Required Automotive Dealership Payroll Experience Required Experience Processing Commission-Based Payroll Required Strong Understanding of Automotive Dealership Compensation Plans Required Experience with ADP, CDK, Paycom, Dealertrack, or Similar Payroll Systems Preferred Knowledge of Employment Laws, Payroll Compliance, and HR Best Practices Exceptional Organizational and Time-Management Skills High Level of Professionalism and Confidentiality Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Dealership Environment Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Administrative Skills Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing both HR and payroll functions within an automotive dealership.
