Experience:
Minimum Associate's degree (AA) with 2 years HR experience preferred; or combination of experience and education. School district experience within HR preferred.

Responsibilities include supporting various phases of onboarding, including processing personnel actions, completing data entry and maintaining HR databases, assisting with benefits setup for qualified new hires, and processing employee changes and updates. This long-term substitute (Temp) assignment is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources systems and processes, including onboarding, training platforms, and employee support functions. While this assignment is temporary, it may provide valuable experience and exposure to future opportunities within Springs Charter Schools. After this long-term position is over you will have the ability to only accept the positions that fit with your interests and schedule. Although there is no guarantee of work, the more school sites you are willing to travel to, the more job opportunities and working hours may be presented.
