The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Work Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesdays off. This role provides flexibility while maintaining regular weekday coverage. Duties Conduct outreach to potential candidates via phone and assist with initial screening and interview scheduling. Request and maintain accurate records of all employee permits, ensuring they are valid and up to date. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, training coordination, and orientation support. Monitor and track completion of all mandatory employee trainings and certifications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Regularly review employee permit statuses and proactively follow up to ensure timely renewals. Input and manage guard schedules in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Respond to employee inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Provide general administrative support and serve as a point of contact for employee-related matters.
