Torrance, CA (100% On-site) Position Summary A Japanese retail company in Torrance, CA is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual HR & General Administration Office Clerk to support daily human resources and office administrative operations. This role supports the HR/GA team by handling routine HR tasks, ensuring compliance, and assisting with general office administration to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (Approx. 60%) Support daily HR administrative tasks and operations Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee support Support payroll and benefits-related administrative work Respond to employee inquiries and act as an HR liaison Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters General Administration (Approx. 40%) Order and manage office and store supplies Support lease contracts and administrative documentation Coordinate with on-site managers for facility maintenance and repairs Manage office phone lines and company mobile phones Perform general office administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, General Administration, or a related fieldJapanese:
Intermediate level;English:
