This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who enjoys supporting employees and assisting with daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and supporting benefits administration. The Human Resources Coordinator will also help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations while providing excellent internal customer service to employees and management. Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork Maintain and update employee records and HR files Assist with recruiting efforts, job postings, and scheduling interviews Support benefits administration and employee enrollment processes Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures Track attendance, timekeeping, and employee documentation Prepare HR reports and assist with data entry and record management Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications At least 2 years of previous administrative or human resources experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HRIS systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position Details:
Contract to hire role Located onsite in Valley Center, San Diego Full-time hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
PST Compensation:
