In this vital role, you will support HR operations by managing data entry, assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining HRIS systems, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Your proactive attitude will contribute to effective talent management, employee relations, and organizational success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while making a meaningful impact on our workforce. Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition processes, including HR sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new employees through employee orientation programs. Manage data collection Support benefits administration tasks including enrollment, changes, and compliance with regulations like FMLA and OSHA. Coordinate employee evaluation and performance management activities to promote continuous development. Handle administrative duties related to contracts, workers' compensation claims, and payroll processing using systems like Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity. Contribute to employee relations initiatives by assisting with conflict management and communication efforts across teams. Support project management efforts related to change management initiatives such as organization design or succession planning. Experience Previous administrative experience in human resources or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with HR software systems Knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and HR compliance standards is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally. Experience in data collection, data entry, interviewing candidates, and social media management related to recruitment efforts is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
