Vista, CA Job Details $20 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Full Job Description DYADlaw, P.C., a fast-growing law firm dedicated to supporting immigrants in achieving their American Dreams, seeks an organized and compassionate Onboarding Specialist. This role will focus on ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction for new clients, handling critical initial steps such as explaining the contract, managing down payments and retainers, and ensuring all required documents are in place. The Onboarding Coordinator will guide clients through the onboarding process, contributing to DYADlaw's mission of providing life-changing legal services. Schedule Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
PT US Compensation:
$20 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, conducting welcome calls, explaining case processes, retainer fees, down payments, and contract terms, and addressing any initial questions or concerns. Clearly explain contract terms, manage the iSign process or coordinate mailings, and follow up on signatures and financial transactions, ensuring timely completion of down payments and retainers. Assist clients in gathering required documents and providing a detailed explanation of the case process, timelines, and necessary steps involved in their case. Prepare and organize client case files in the firm's case management system, ensuring accurate documentation for attorneys and legal staff. Facilitate smooth transitions between clients and the legal team, fostering client confidence and ensuring they feel supported throughout the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
The following includes the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements necessary to perform this position. Bilingual Proficiency (English/Spanish) MUST. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a legal, healthcare, or service industry setting. Experience handling payments, retainers, and contract explanations is preferred, ensuring all financial and legal documentation is processed correctly.
