Job Description

Cc Hr Administrator - X The HR Administrator provides administrative support to Head of HR, HR Specialists, Managers, and Team Members across the full range of HR operations. This position is responsible for various administrative tasks: processing sign-on and sign-off documents and checklists, updating Team Members' personnel files, assisting with payroll documentation, issuing name tags, ID cards, Company letters, etc. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International's Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines. All Team Members may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their Supervisor or Management.
