Driver Onboarding Coordinator Navajo Express - 3.1 Denver, CO Job Details Full-time $25 - $27 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible schedule Qualifications ATS DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Onboarding process management Resume management software Process management Full Job Description Overall Objective The Driver Onboarding Coordinator supports the Recruiting Department by coordinating the day-to-day onboarding and qualification process for incoming drivers. This role is responsible for ensuring all driver application materials, compliance documents, and qualification reports are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner to support efficient hiring and onboarding operations. Key Responsibilities Review driver applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Verify all required documentation has been submitted and properly completed. Communicate with recruiters regarding missing or inaccurate information. Update and maintain applicant records within company systems and applicant tracking platforms. Run, review, and evaluate driver qualification reports, including: DAC Reports PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) Reports Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) Transportation employment history verification Identify discrepancies or compliance concerns and escalate issues to recruiters and management as needed. Ensure all qualification documentation meets DOT and FMCSA requirements. Ensure all onboarding records are organized, accurate, and audit ready. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive applicants and employee information. Monitor application status and follow up on pending items to avoid onboarding delays. Support drivers during orientation and onboarding classes. Assist drivers with completing FMCSA Clearinghouse consent requirements. Obtain and process self-employment and unemployment verification statements. Recruiting & Team Support Work closely with recruiters and Recruiting Director Assist with special projects, reporting, and additional administrative duties as assigned.
