In this role, you will be the vital link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational success through strategic HR practices and effective employee engagement. Responsibilities Manage human capital management processes, including onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing talent development programs. Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Workday. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance. Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and succession planning strategies to promote growth and organizational stability. Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data integrity using platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM; generate reports for workforce management analysis. Facilitate change management initiatives by communicating updates effectively and supporting organizational design projects aligned with strategic planning goals. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management skills to resolve concerns swiftly while adhering to employment & labor law regulations like OSHA standards. Skills Extensive knowledge of human resources management practices, including benefits administration, HR sourcing, and training & development. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, Paychex, Dayforce, or ADP; experience with ATS systems like Taleo or Lever is highly desirable. Strong understanding of employment & labor law principles, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and workers' compensation procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams; adept at social media management for employer branding efforts. Proven project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience with organizational design is a plus. Ability to collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement surveys, and workforce metrics for strategic decision-making. Administrative experience with data entry accuracy; familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or Kronos enhances operational efficiency.
