Guide the Next Generation Are you an experienced professional looking to leverage your career wisdom to make a tangible impact on the Pueblo community? Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County is seeking a mature, dependable leader to manage our Teen Workforce Development Initiative. This is a role for a "bridge-builder"—someone who can navigate the professional world of local business and translate that experience for today's youth.Why Your Experience Matters:
We aren't looking for someone to "watch" teens; we are looking for someone to shape them. Your years of professional experience, organizational skills, and life wisdom are exactly what our members need to transition from high school to a career.Key Responsibilities :
Oversee a portfolio of 150 teen members, ensuring they meet critical milestones in career readiness.Community Liaison:
Act as the face of the program to Pueblo business owners, securing 30+ internships and job-shadowing opportunities annually.Safety & Logistics:
Lead the safe, professional transportation of members to and from school and job sites (21+ with a clean MVR is a requirement).Coaching:
Facilitate professional development workshops on resume building, financial literacy, and interview etiquette.What We Offer You:
