Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized HR, Admin & Facilities Coordinator responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant services, and administrative oversight of a multi-use building and offsite rental property, as well as supporting human resources and general office administration for NAVSYS Corporation. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, communicative, and enjoys supporting a small, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities Facilities & Property Management
  • Oversee building maintenance, cleaning, signage, and upkeep; coordinate repairs, elevator inspections, and preventative maintenance.
  • Operate and grow co-working space: memberships, onboarding, and customer service.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and emergency issues; respond to after-hours issues as needed.
  • Manage off-property vacation rental unit(s): bookings, guest communications, turnovers, and cleaning coordination.
  • Maintain building website and online advertising listings with community sites such as the Salida Chamber of Commerce and social media.
  • Order and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and clean common areas. Human Resources
  • Support recruiting efforts including drafting job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding: prepare offer documentation, collect new hire paperwork, and facilitate first-day logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.
  • Support HR compliance activities including tracking required policy acknowledgments and personnel file maintenance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for general employee questions, escalating to management or outside HR counsel as appropriate.
  • Assist with employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion. General Administration
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, conference logistics, and other duties as assigned.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Draft and manage internal communications, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist with preparing reports, brochure printouts, and presentations.
  • Make travel arrangements and assist in preparing expense reports.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office operations.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and personnel files.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory as needed.
  • Support basic invoice tracking and vendor coordination.
Job Requirements The following are requirements for consideration: U.S. citizenship required and an active secret clearance is a plus. At a minimum, must be security clearance eligible 3+ years property management, building maintenance, or facilities management experience; co‑working or short‑term rental experience preferred. Strong organizational, customer-service, and communication skills. Proven experience/background in human resources is a preferred. Comfortable using email, online posting platforms, and local networking channels. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Working Conditions:
Reports to property owner or director. On-site position with some flexible hours required for events, turnovers, or emergencies. Wage:
