What You'll Do This role is your launchpad into a career in HR. You'll get hands-on experience in nearly every area of the employee life cycle—from onboarding new hires to managing compliance documents and supporting benefits programs. Life:
Be the first line of support in our P&T inbox, routing questions and finding answers fast Maintain clean, accurate employee records (you're the master of the details) Help with onboarding paperwork and benefits enrollments to ensure a great new hire experience Keep us compliant by managing required documentation and responding to verifications Track and report key data that helps leadership make informed people decisions Support fun and meaningful P&T projects that make our team stronger What You Bring to the
Team:
A passion for organization, people, and process An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 0-2 years of experience in a support/admin role—HR experience is a plus but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating digital systems Discretion, professionalism, and a positive, team-first attitude
