Weekly Pay Schedule:

Training Administrator:

You'll be: Coordinating and scheduling training sessions for employees and customers Managing registrations, bookings, and cancellations in the Learning Management System (LMS) Utilizing the HALO ticketing system to track and manage training inquiries Preparing and distributing quotes for training requests and handling invoicing processes Monitoring training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up communication Maintaining training records and ensuring up-to-date documentation Supporting onboarding activities to ensure new employees have required training resources Providing general administrative support in the Training Center, including participant check-in and phone support Assisting with the Field Service Training Apprentice Program and training center operations This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 3+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, scheduling, or customer service roles Are experienced with Microsoft Office, and familiar with SIS and LMS platforms Possess strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Are comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems (experience with SAP, Smartsheet, or similar systems preferred) Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and are process-oriented and eager to learn Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in management or administration preferred) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
