The HR Campus Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to the Campus recruiting team by supporting the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut offices. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Essential Duties Source and evaluate candidate applications and communicate with recruiters and hiring partners/managers on candidate interview steps. Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling of interviews, which includes finding out availability, sending calendar invites, facilitating logistics, confirming, and distributing schedules. Assist with creating and posting job descriptions, determining interview plans and administering recruitment programs. Assist in maintaining data entry to ATS ensuring that all candidates and demographic information is reflected as well as interview details and feedback. Follow-up with interviewers to ensure they understand their role in the assessment process and to gather their feedback. Work closely with the campus recruiting team to: Understand intern and entry-level needs across all offices and effectively source and phone screen candidates from targeted schools. Develop and execute annual recruiting plan for target colleges/universities. Plan/coordinate and attend campus-recruiting events such as career fairs, student organization meetings, campus interviews, networking events, mock interviews, resume review sessions, etc. Coordinate logistics, communication, and execution for annual campus recruiting programs and student engagement initiatives. Support Campus Recruiting Team with additional projects. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field required. 0-1+ year's campus and/or corporate recruiting coordination experience required; CPA or professional services firm experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG preferred. Demonstrate good judgment, a positive attitude and adaptability to changing requirements. Ability to effectively communicate (verbally & in writing) with individuals at various levels both within and outside the Firm. Ability to work well on a team and follow existing processes. Strong organizational and project management skills. Displays a high level of discretion and maintains confidentiality of all sensitive matters. Must be willing to travel 80%+ of the time and have access to a car/public transportation. Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
