Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a community driven non-profit organization, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

Coordinate recruiting and onboarding operations from offer through new hire start Manage talent acquisition communications via Workday inbox and Slack Maintain accurate recruiting and employee data in Workday Support compliance processes (I 9s, background checks, documentation) Track hiring activity, onboarding progress, and basic TA metrics Manage external postings for seasonal roles, internships, and fellowships as needed Assist with internship and fellowship program coordination

About You:

3+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree is required Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Discreet when handling sensitive information

About The Position:

• 36/hr Temporary for 3-4 months with potential to extend

Hybrid:

3 days onsite

Schedule:
