The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the Director of Recruitment and Training and play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts. This position is responsible for delivering seamless and engaging candidate experience while coordinating interviews, onboarding, and recruiting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with department leaders to define hiring needs and assist with job descriptions. Manage the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person pre-screen interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers. Assist in extending and closing job offers in partnership with hiring managers. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing complex calendars across candidates and hiring teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, professional, and timely experience. Manage all interview logistics, including confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Greet and assist candidates and new hires onsite on their first day. Guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, I-9s, and E-Verify. Ensure accurate completion of onboarding documentation within systems (e.g., Paycom). Coordinate new hire orientation and support first-day readiness. Partner with internal teams (HR, Payroll, IT, departments) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Conduct 30-60-90 day follow-ups with new hires to support engagement and retention. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach. Utilize recruiting tools and ATS platforms to identify and engage top talent. Coordinate and attend job fairs, college recruiting events, and networking initiatives. Conduct site visits to local properties for hiring events, meetings, and employee engagement. Partner with Corporate Branding and leadership to ensure consistent employer brand messaging. Create and manage engaging recruitment content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Monitor and respond to employer review platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor. Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives through digital platforms. Maintain accurate data and documentation within ATS and HR systems. Manage administrative tasks including offer letters, employment verifications, and onboarding materials. Provide weekly updates and reports to leadership. Support special projects, recruiting initiatives, and additional duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree required Bilingual is a plus 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR support preferred Experience supporting hiring in sales, marketing, call center, or operations environments is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Paycom or similar preferred) Familiarity with sourcing tools and social media recruiting strategies Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesRequired Competencies:
