Job Description

Job Summary Visionary Billing Solutions is looking for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and benefits administration. You'll play a key part in creating a positive work environment and keeping our HR processes organized and compliant. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews Lead onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming start Support employee performance processes, including reviews and tracking progress Help manage employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws (FMLA, OSHA, etc.) Act as a point of contact for employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns Support HR projects and initiatives as the company grows Qualifications Previous experience in HR or a related role Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented Experience with payroll or benefits platforms (like ADP or Paychex) is a plus
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
