Doral, FL Job Details $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Computer literacy English Full Job Description Position Summary The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for supporting daily administrative and HR functions within the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll support, and serving as a liaison between HR and employees to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries. The HR Assistant will also assist in the preparation and creation of HR-related documents. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director Compile and update employee records (both hard and digital copies) Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities Respond to employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (vacations, absences, leaves, etc.) Handle complaints and support grievance procedures appropriately Perform additional tasks as assigned, including support for other departments Proven experience as a Staff Assistant or in a relevant HR/administrative role. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Bilingual:
English and Spanish required Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment and requires interaction with employees across various departments.
