Job Description

Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a critical role in helping the firm attract, coordinate, and onboard top talent across multiple departments and offices. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in Recruiting, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition while gaining hands-on experience with a rapidly growing statewide law firm. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience from application through onboarding.
Compensation:
$20 - $23 hourly
DOE Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Assist with posting and managing job openings on recruiting platforms Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers Support resume review and candidate screening efforts Coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking systems Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives Assist with administrative and operational recruiting tasks Utilize AI tools and technology platforms to improve recruiting efficiency and organization
Qualifications:
