Job Description

About the Position Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support our expansion by managing communication with licensed life & health agents across the U.S. This role blends inbound call handling, outbound cold calling, cold email outreach, scheduling, and CRM management . You will be the first point of contact for many agents and play a key role in driving our recruiting pipeline forward. If you are organized, confident on the phone, and enjoy connecting with people, this position offers long‑term stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Management Answer incoming calls from licensed agents interested in learning about our agency Provide clear information about our support systems, compensation options, and onboarding process Qualify agents based on licensing, experience, and production background Schedule follow‑up calls or transfer qualified candidates to agency leadership Outbound Recruiting & Cold Calling Make outbound calls to licensed life & health agents using provided lead lists Introduce agents to our agency and generate interest in partnership opportunities Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural, confident, and professional Handle objections and questions with patience and accuracy Maintain consistent daily call volume to meet weekly recruiting goals Cold Email Outreach & Follow‑Up Send and manage cold email campaigns to licensed agents Respond to replies, schedule calls, and maintain organized communication Track open rates, responses, and engagement to improve outreach performance Recruiting Coordination & Communication Build rapport with agents through friendly, professional communication Clearly explain agency benefits, support systems, and contract options Maintain a positive, helpful tone in all interactions Support candidates through early onboarding steps when needed Administrative & CRM Responsibilities Log all calls, emails, and candidate notes in our CRM Update lead statuses and maintain accurate documentation Keep outreach lists organized and up to date Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, and pipeline management
Requirements Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Experience in recruiting, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with licensed professionals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly goals Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting or speaking with licensed insurance agents Familiarity with CRM systems Understanding of life & health insurance terminology What We Offer Competitive pay with performance‑based bonuses Training, scripts, and ongoing support A positive, collaborative work environment 401K Health Insurance Long‑term growth opportunities within the agency How to Apply If you are a proactive communicator who enjoys connecting with people and supporting a fast‑moving recruiting pipeline, we'd love to hear from you.
