OPS HR Assistant (Enrollment Management)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a part-time OPS HR Assistant to join the Human Resources team (EMHR). In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support by assisting with HR functions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records, responding to inquiries, and supporting general EMHR office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to maintain accurate, confidential records in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Administrative Support Schedule and coordinate meetings. Assist the HR team with facilitating the interview process and onboarding new employees. Support the maintenance and accuracy of HR records and documents, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Respond to general inquiries, including replying to emails and CRM cases. Draft and distribute routine and ad hoc documents, including correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports. Participate in recruiting efforts and other initiatives. Enter and update information into various UF systems. Office Operations Maintain and organize EMHR office supplies inventory. Assist in planning and coordinating team events, as well as division-wide events as needed. Research and analyze price quotes for various goods and services as needed. Working closely with the HR team, regularly review EMHR guidelines and documentation for necessary edits or updates. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPECTED SALARY
$17/hour
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to work 20 hours per week Must be available to work through the Summer 2026 semester or longer
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One-year administrative experience preferred Demonstrated ability to be reliable and proactive Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
