Job Description
Major / Key
Job Duties Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible service experience for clients and guests . Answer incoming calls and maintain professional communication with clients and potential clients . Contact existing and potential clients for follow-ups, service coordination, and relationship management . Assist with client acquisition and lead tracking through organized communication and follow-up. Prepare and send weekly invoices to clients and maintain proper billing documentation. Maintain organized records of client communications, service requests, and operational updates . Actively support staffing and recruitment efforts , including posting job openings, reviewing applications, contacting candidates, and scheduling interviews. Track job postings and ensure applicants are reviewed and contacted in a timely manner. Track employee hours and assist with payroll preparation by reviewing time records. Maintain operational organization through Excel spreadsheets and administrative systems . Ensure staff and operational processes maintain hospitality-level service standards . Promote compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines . Support management in maintaining efficient daily operations and organized administrative processes. Requirements Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or janitorial services (required) Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative tools Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain structured processes Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus) Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-ups without reminders Ability to recruit, communicate with candidates, and help maintain a pipeline of available staff Preferred Experience Experience working with hotel operations or hospitality service companies Experience with staff recruitment, scheduling, and payroll coordination Experience supporting operational teams in service-based businesses Experience working in a staffing agency or recruiting employees for service-based businessesJob Type:
