Join Our Team as an HR Assistant! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team at our growing auto dealership group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while being part of a collaborative and energetic team.

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position: Maintain accurate human resources records by processing all new hire and applicant documentation Document HR activities by completing forms, logs, and maintaining organized records Establish, maintain, and file personnel, employee, and medical records, along with related correspondence and organizational charts Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion, ensuring the security of all HR data and files Respond to inquiries from managers, employees, and external agencies in a timely and professional manner Exercise sound judgment in identifying and addressing potential or existing issues, escalating to management as appropriate Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Perform additional duties and support HR initiatives as assignedPhysical Demands:
