Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in a temp-to-permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in administrative support within a fast-paced HR environment. Schedule & Work Environment
- Onsite position (Monday-Friday)

Business casual with a professional appearance Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact in the HR lobby, providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate and manage pre-employment processes, including: o Drug testing and fingerprinting appointments o Scheduling candidate appointments
- Maintain and organize employee files and documentation
- Assist with new hire reporting and onboarding support
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform data entry and generate reports using Excel and MS Office tools
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal (CSR) skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office setting Additional Information
