  • from the inside out. We're looking for a bilingual Recruiter/HR Coordinator who is passionate about connecting with people and finding top talent. In this role, you'll lead recruiting efforts while supporting key HR functions that shape our culture and employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct initial screenings and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Manage job postings and applicant tracking system (ATS). Support pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding. HR Coordination What You'll Do Support bi-weekly payroll review and ensure accuracy. Prepare welcome packets and coordinate a warm, professional onboarding experience. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and HR meetings . Manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records. Oversee pre-employment and exit interview processes, capturing valuable feedback. Track training acknowledgments and assist with HR audits . Jump in on special projects and other HR initiatives as needed. What You Bring Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (preferred). 1+ year of experience in recruiting or HR (preferred). 2+ years in an administrative support role. 2 Year Degree Exceptional attention to detail and time management. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with HR systems.
