The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non-exempt, Reduced Time (RT) Staffing Administrator. Staffing Administrators will help coordinate and execute activities to support the High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for the WFS team for a defined geography (node). These efforts include but are not limited to processing candidates virtually and in person in New Hire Events (NHE). RT Staffing Administrators will help develop and coordinate activities to support staffing efforts and provide support to the WFS organization to ensure successful completion of all administrative activities in the staffing process. This role is essential to creating a positive candidate and employee experience. RT Staffing Administrators will play an integral role in support of the Node's staffing efforts, will thrive on pulling many pieces together to form a complete picture, and would enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on individual contribution. You will work with a team of Staffing Coordinators and Managers who thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Our WFS node teams work flexible schedules, shifts, and areas to include evenings and weekends. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history! Key job responsibilities Sets up, executes, and breaks down New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on-time Support candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status Attend events such as community fairs, hiring events and job fairs Address basic questions regarding recruiting process Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Assist in on boarding of new hires and departures of employees Administrative tasks as needed Effectively executes NHE activities including Host, Candidate Care Specialist, Candidate Processing, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Administrator RT Staffing Administrators are required to work a flexible schedule. This means varying shifts to include evenings and weekends in multiple sites. Overtime may also be required to support the needs of the business Must be organized with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in locations within your designated Node or geographical area About the team The TPA node operates four hiring venues spanning from Temple Terrace to Fort Myers and Lakeland, that requires flexible scheduling seven days a week, including half-day sessions. Last year, our team successfully hired over ten thousand candidates, and we continue to exceed that pace this year. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Experience in recruiting or HR Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis Experience in oral and written communication Associate's degree or above Experience in Recruiting or HR Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities • 1-2 yrs of experience in a high-volume administrative support role or equivalent (former Seasonal Staffing Ambassadors or current/former Learning Ambassadors, Training Ambassadors, and Seasonal Operations Administrators a plus) - • Comfortable with speaking in front of large groups. - Roll up your sleeves attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, diplomatic demeanor.
