Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist and HR Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities very family with inventory function in Quikbooks, this is new role of our company, help to build up initial date into Quickbooks, very knowledgable for qucikbooks inventory functions Manage data entry related to inventory transactions using Quickbooks, at least 2 years Quickbooks experience. or Inventory other software experience. use Quickbooks to record/accual expenses, make payment to the vendor, A/P

Facilitate employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and succession planning efforts to support organizational growth. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, w2, 1099, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance standards. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Entegrity or ADP; experience with data collection and reporting is highly desirable. CEO personal sectary.
