Job Description

Job Summary Labor Finders of Dublin, GA is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support daily branch operations, staffing activity, and administrative execution. Working under the direction of branch leadership, this role partners with office staff to ensure operational processes, documentation, and workflows are completed accurately and efficiently in support of branch and corporate objectives. The Office Assistant plays a hands-on role in administrative support, recruiting assistance, employee coordination, and customer service, helping ensure service quality, compliance, and consistent execution of branch activities. Responsibilities and Duties Under the direction of branch leadership, the Office Assistant will be responsible for: Supporting day-to-day branch operations to ensure branch and corporate objectives are met Assisting with customer and employee interactions to support service quality and responsiveness Supporting recruiting activities, including applicant intake, prescreening, and documentation Coordinating employee assignments and maintaining accurate employee and customer records Processing payroll, invoicing, and related administrative transactions in accordance with company procedures Maintaining employee files, data, and documentation in compliance with company, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements Completing required company forms, reports, and internal documentation accurately and on time Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism and attention to detail Sound administrative and time management skills Ability to follow established processes and support the office while adhering to company policies and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience with at least two years of office or administrative experience Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software programs
Compensation Hourly:
