HR Analyst Location:
3100 Breckinridge Boulevard, Suite 725, Duluth, GA 30096
Type:
Temp to Hire (Onsite)
Shifts:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00
PM Eastern Time Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR professional with strong analytical and presentation skills to support core HR functions. This role requires a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Assist in training & development and performance management activities
  • Handle HR data, reporting, and compensation-related tasks
  • Work with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity)
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and leadership teams
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP required)
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (presentation creation)
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of HR experience (or recent graduate with relevant exposure)
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, HR operations, and payroll systems

Pay:
$26.00 - $28.85 per hour
