The Company's operations are split across North America (11 manufacturing plants) and Europe (16 manufacturing plants). The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across a range of end market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers and agricultural packaging. The company employs c.4,100 employees across North America (1,600 employees) and Europe (2,500 employees.) The role IPl Schoeller is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our HR operations and help create a positive, productive employee experience. In this role, you'll play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR systems—ensuring our processes run smoothly from hire to exit. What You'll Do Support end-to-end recruitment administration for hourly hiring (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer processes) Deliver engaging new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records and employee files Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries Assist with performance management processes in partnership with the Talent team Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage offboarding processes , including exit interviews Collaborate with managers to support production staffing needs Contribute to HR projects, employee well-being initiatives, and community programs What You Bring Background in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field (preferred) Experience in an administrative or HR role , ideally within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills If you have the above experience and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference, apply today to find out more!
