- What's a typical day as a Human Resources Assistant?
- You will support daily HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing, employee data management, recruiting coordination, and employee support while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Process weekly payroll accurately, timely, and confidentially. + Enter and maintain payroll-related information, including absences, promotions, reimbursements, pay adjustments, and corrections. + Investigate and resolve employee payroll discrepancies and inquiries. + Monitor employee attendance records and track attendance point accruals. + Maintain employee records and process personnel changes within HRIS systems such as Workday. + Generate, distribute, and maintain HR reports and documentation. + Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. + Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes. + Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and requests. + Support employee engagement initiatives, events, front desk activities, and general office operations.

- + High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, administrative support, or a related field. + Experience using Workday, Dayforce, or similar HRIS systems preferred. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. + Excellent organization and time management skills. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive employee relationships. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. + Bilingual skills are a plus.
