Job Description
We are identifying a HR & Recruiting Coordinator who is located in either Kennesaw, GA or Minnetonka, MN. This Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts and providing general human resources support. This role focuses primarily on full-cycle recruiting and recruiting administration, including candidate sourcing, scheduling, interview coordination, applicant tracking, and onboarding activities. The remaining portion of the role supports various HR functions such as employee records management, compliance, employee communications, and special HR projects. This position is ideal for an HR professional with approximately two years of recruiting experience who is looking to broaden their HR knowledge and responsibilities.
