401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Overseas Warehouse operations. This role focuses on administrative HR tasks, employee coordination, and daily support work. Prior HR experience is helpful but not required; we value responsibility, communication skills, and a positive work attitude. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment for overseas warehouse positions, including resume screening and initial candidate screening Communicate with employees to understand staffing needs and employee-related requests Support employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events Assist with administrative and clerical tasks for overseas warehouse operations, including: Maintaining spreadsheets and basic data entry Following up on exception cases and issue items Providing general administrative and coordination support Requirements Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken and written) — required Strong communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
