Employment Assistant St. Joseph's/Candler - 3.5 Savannah, GA Job Details Full-time 5 hours ago Qualifications Clerical experience Full Job Description Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Manager, Employment, the Employment Assistant assists the Employment Team in the overall administration of the onboarding process. Education High School Diploma - Preferred Experience 1-2 Years clerical experience, preferably in Human Resources and/or medical field - Required License & Certification None Required Core Job Functions Greets onboarding appointments and prepares new hire paperwork for Employment Specialists. Performs data entry of new hire and contract hire paperwork, scans and properly indexes all paperwork processed, and uses audit reports weekly to ensure data entry integrity. Performs other data entry tasks assigned, to include employee crendentials and employee demographic changes. Maintains the HR Workflow Log daily and serves as the back up for front reception duties. Manages Identification Badge process; prints new hires badges for weekly orientation and primary person for all badge reprints. Monitors badge supplies and ensures orders are placed and received timely. Ensures badge machine maintenance is performed as needed. Assists the HR Coordinator in monitoring and responding to the HR Outlook inbox, Employee Self Service task list and placing work order tickets, as needed.
