- _ •What you'll be doing as a
Human Resources Coordinator :
- + Greet visitors, employees, and employment applicants in a professional and courteous manner + Answer and direct telephone calls within the Human Resources department + Receive, review, and process employment applications for completeness and accuracy + Verify applicants possess a valid driver's license when required + Contact applicants to schedule interviews and orientations + Conduct and document reference checks + Complete E-Verify and other pre-employment screening processes, including background checks + Prepare orientation materials and coordinate new hire orientation schedules + Monitor and manage the attendance phone line daily + Solicit and review resumes, screen applicants for qualifications, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers + Evaluate candidate qualifications and strengths against job requirements + Track employee probationary periods and notify managers and supervisors regarding seniority status + Maintain accurate employee and applicant records while handling confidential information with discretion + Interact and communicate effectively with employees, applicants, managers, and leadership at all levels + Exercise independent judgment and discretion in a fast-paced work environment + Demonstrate professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills + Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned by management or the Human Resources department •Available shifts:•

1st Shift (Day)- Job requirements:
- + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + High school diploma or GED equivalent required; two years of related HR or administrative experience preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications preferred + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals + Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to employees and management + Ability to calculate figures and percentages and apply basic mathematical concepts + Strong problem-solving and organizational skills + Ability to interpret and follow written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions + Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions + Intermediate or higher-level experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications + Experience with database management applications preferred + Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally •Ready to take control of the way you work?
