Job Description

HR Coordinator (Temporary) Bishop & Company is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support a busy HR team in a professional office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience and get their foot in the door in the healthcare field.
Position Details:
Type:
Temporary (through September, with possible extension)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Every two weeks (Monday & Tuesday): 7:30 AM start for orientation coverage
Start Date:
ASAP Pay:
$18-$19/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
Provide front desk support, including answering phones and greeting visitors Open and close the office daily Assist the HR team with onboarding and orientation preparation Support scheduling, I-9 processing, and background checks Handle administrative and clerical HR duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience Comfortable answering phones and interacting with employees in-person Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated individual interested in growing their career in HR.
