Job Overview Supports day-to-day HR and Talent Acquisition operations through employee lifecycle administration, process documentation, and HR systems support across platforms including SuccessFactors, ADP, and iCIMS. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding and employee transactions, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR Generalist and HR Coordinator functions by assisting with employee onboarding, offboarding, pay changes, job changes, and employee record maintenance across HR systems including SuccessFactors, ADP, and iCIMS. Review current HR workflows and update standardized process documentation for onboarding, employee status changes, compensation updates, promotions, transfers, and separations. Update step-by-step SOPs, process maps, and user guides to improve consistency, compliance, and efficiency within HR/ TA operations. Partner with HR, Payroll, Company Nurse, and Talent Acquisition teams to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment across systems and procedures. Assist with data entry, auditing, and validation of employee information to ensure accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and recruiting platforms. Support compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements by documenting processes and maintaining accurate employee records. Help troubleshoot onboarding and transaction issues by working with managers, employees, and cross-functional partners to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives related to process improvement, documentation standardization, hiring, and system optimization. May provide support with job description updates and other deliverables related to continuation of the ongoing projects, including information gathering, documentation updates, and template revisions following project meetings. Qualifications/Skills Ability to analyze HR workflows, identify process gaps, and create clear SOPs, process maps, and standardized documentation to improve operational efficiency and consistency. Strong aptitude for working within HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems such as SuccessFactors, ADP, and iCIMS, with a focus on data accuracy, auditing, and transaction management. Proven ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, managers, and employees to resolve issues, support employee lifecycle processes, and drive operational alignment. Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements 5-8 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition 4-year degree in a related field (Preferred) Cambrex is committed to providing a safe and productive work environment.
