From $45,000.00 per year Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. This energetic role is pivotal in streamlining our hiring processes, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting managers across various departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Duties Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Manage applicant tracking to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline recruitment workflows. Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Assist in sourcing candidates through social media management, HR sourcing tools, cold calling, and research to build diverse talent pools. Support campus recruitment initiatives by coordinating events, outreach programs, and partnerships with educational institutions. Facilitate employment and labor law compliance during the hiring process while managing contracts and offer letters. Collaborate with HR on employee orientation, onboarding procedures, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations activities. Develop strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management skills. Assist with training & development programs for new hires and current employees to promote continuous growth. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on healthcare recruiting is perferred but not required. Strong communication skills for engaging candidates in a meaningful manner to promote coniuted interest in the role. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. Micrsoft suite experience is a must. Ability to conduct effective interviewing sessions including behavioral and competency-based techniques. Demonstrated skill in relationship management, research methods for sourcing candidates, and leveraging social media platforms for talent generation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Background in sales or cold calling preferred for proactive candidate outreach efforts. Familiarity with contracts, employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning is beneficial.
