Job Description

Objective:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator to support and execute structured recruiting and marketing initiatives across the company. This role ensures consistency and quality across all hiring processes, communications, and marketing efforts while helping teams stay aligned on priorities and timelines. The ideal candidate is task-driven, communicative, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where strong systems, clear expectations, and attention to detail drive success.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coodination:
Partner with Dept Managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning priorities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, & hiring candidates. Complete first day onboarding of new team members via paperwork, uniforms distribution, and review of expectations, and coordinate their first day with Managers for seamless handoff. Support 30-60-90 day reviews in collaboration with Dept Managers Manage related administrative functions such as background checks, candidate tracking, & hiring data Plan, coordinate, and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives Support team to increase presence in schools, workforce programs, and local networks for long term recruiting strategies.
Marketing Coordination:
Maintain social media accounts with activity focused on recruiting, company branding, and service ads. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Director to align brand messaging, service ads, and educational info Capture and maintain database of photos, videos, and brand items Execute internal and external events such as annual company parties, client events, company training events, marketing events like golf outings or trade shows, etc.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000 Paid time off (earned per Employee Handbook) 7 paid holidays: 6 federal holidays + your birthday Retirement plan with 3% employer match Medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance (RJ Lawn & Landscape pays up to 66% of the medical employee rate per current offerings and plan selection by employee) Continuing education and professional membership support Cell phone & company vehicle for business activities
