Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, bilingual HR Assistant to support our team with administrative and data entry tasks related to HR operations. This is not a traditional HR role — no prior HR experience is required. The position is focused on organizing information, maintaining records, and helping keep daily administrative work moving efficiently. This is a straightforward, part-time role for someone who can come in, stay organized, get the work done accurately, and work independently. About Us We are a family-owned precision machine shop that manufactures components for the medical device industry. Schedule Part-time:
15-20 hours per week
Requirements:
Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and organized Comfortable with computers, email, and basic data entry, excel, etc. Ability to work independently and stay on task Professional attitude and good communication skills Previous office or administrative experience is helpful but not required
