Job Description

Position Summary Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by coordinating information, documentation, workflows, and communication. Supports employees who serve our students and community while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
Education & Experience Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited institution OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience Key Responsibilities Maintain personnel records and HR documentation in a secure, organized manner Respond to HR inquiries and prepare routine communications and materials Support onboarding, background screenings, and document workflows Enter and maintain data within HR systems (e.g., ADP, SharePoint) Coordinate meetings, calendars, and HR-related activities Track processes, documentation, and deadlines to support compliance Key Skills Strong organization and time management Attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and customer service Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Work Environment Office-based role within Human Resources Regular use of computer systems and access to confidential information John A.
