Overnight QA Records Clerk (10pm-6:30am | $25-28/hr) Des Plaines, IL | On‑Site | 3rd Shift Aerotek Aviation is currently recruiting for an Aviation Parts Quality Assurance Records Clerk to support operations for a leading aviation client in Des Plaines, IL.

Pay Rate:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Overnight shift: 10pm-6:30am What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll support quality assurance and records management related to aviation parts. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Entering and verifying data in SAP Scanning, filing, and archiving quality and shipping documentation Tracking and organizing certification paperwork Researching parts and documentation for internal teams and customer requests Supporting receiving and shipping activities, including outbound audits Assisting with scrap documentation and records retention Helping train and support temporary quality/admin staff Providing documentation support for audits, maintenance requests, and records management Other administrative and quality‑related tasks as needed What We're Looking For 2 years of administrative, clerical, or records‑based experience Comfortable using computers and basic office software (data entry, spreadsheets, databases) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate and work well with different teams Technical or vocational training in office administration is a plus, but not required Work Environment On‑site position in an aviation parts warehouse/office setting Fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Plaines, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
