Job Description

1st shift, in person no remote work Overview The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing a broad range of human resources duties including employee relations, compliance, benefits support, and being actively involved in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, including new hire orientation, paperwork completion, and system access. Maintain employee records and personnel files. Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns. Assist in performance management and disciplinary processes in alignment with company policy. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data analysis as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of HR experience, including recruitment responsibilities Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based job boards.
