Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (hours may vary based on training needs) We're looking for someone to grow with us! GSF USA is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations at one of our office locations. This role works closely with leadership and field teams to support hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Oversee assigned account(s) to ensure all employee training, onboarding, certifications, and compliance requirements are completed and properly documented. Recruit, screen, and assist in hiring candidates for open positions. Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation. Process background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met. Support employee relations, including conflict resolution (union and non-union environments). Assist with benefits communication during hire and open enrollment. Manage unemployment claims and workers' compensation processes. Partner with managers to ensure policies, procedures, and HR processes are followed. Maintain employee records, reporting, and HR documentation. Track and support training completion and compliance across assigned accounts. Prior HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required Prior experience with Microsoft Office preferred
