Payrate :
$21/hr
Schedule :
Part-time, Monday-Thursday (9am-3pm) Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the
HR Assistant:
Manage the hiring process, including phone screens and documentation Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, new hire coordination, and maintaining employee files Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Help answer basic employee questions or direct them to appropriate resources Assist the Business Office Manager and HR team with projects, reporting, and administrative tasks Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate professional who enjoys both hospitality and supporting a strong workplace culture, we'd love to meet you.
