Job Description
Job Summary The HR Administrator will manage the company's human resources needs. This position will collaborate closely with key members of the office and the production floor to ensure we remain compliant with company and external policies while also meeting the needs of our employees. This includes but is not limited to: maintaining employee files both physically and digitally; overseeing employee recruiting; ensuring proper documentation is kept regarding employee hiring, discipline, and termination; assisting with organizational compliance; and working towards general employee safety and well-being. In addition, this individual will be called upon to also help manage some basic office needs and responsibilities. Prior experience in a defined HR role is required, and experience within a manufacturing company is highly valuable. We are particularly interested in candidates who exhibit strong character and aptitude with a willingness to undergo on-the-job training and development. Compensation Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience 9 paid holidays Starting PTO of 2 weeks/yr, accrued throughout the calendar yearBenefits :
Health Insurance eligible after 1 month of employment. Paid holidays (9 per year) 401k eligible within 3 to 6 monthsExperience :
HR Experience:
2 years required Degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field is preferred Fluency in Spanish is preferred Strong computer skills are preferred Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plusPay:
